ABOUT
Fredericksburg Roller Derby is an athletic team and nonprofit organization that adheres to the rules and regulations developed and maintained by the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association.
MISSION
Our mission is to grow a community of skaters, officials, volunteers and fans who love camaraderie, teamwork and competition.
OBJECTIVE
Our objective is to create a safe and inclusive space, for people in the LGBTQIA+ community and/or from different ethnic backgrounds, in which to empower and unapologetically champion all cis and transgender women, non-binary, intersex and gender expansive participants to reach their highest potential on and off the track.
Our Home Field
As we establish our league after coming back from our Covid break, we are working to get our 2023 season ready! Our location for home games will be posted as soon as games are lined up! We can’t wait to have you join us!

Our upcoming 2023 season is highly anticipated within our league! If you’d like to set up a header with us, please send us an email!
Join us!
We are always looking for new skaters to join our league! Whether you are new to roller derby or a current skater, we'd love to meet you. You are welcome to come to any practice to check us out, and talk with our coaching team. We practice at Cavalier Family Skating Center in Stafford; Sunday 6:30-8:30 pm. Be sure to email our coaching staff to make sure we will be at practice when you swing by, coaching.fredrollerderby@gmail.com.
Skater drop in fee- $10

FRD is committed to health and safety!
To attend a practice with us please be aware of the following policies:
Present a vaccination card or a negative covid test result from the previous 48 hours to practice time.
No symptoms of illness
Agreement of our covid waiver form with your signature
